The information desk, which is located in front of the arrivals, is open from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, and on Sunday and Easter sunday from 9:00 am to 2:15 pm. It closed on Christmas Day and on New Year's Day, and provides a wide range of paper material (Maps of the city and province of Florence, Infocittà, Firenze Cards etc.) and other tourist information such as that relating to urban and extra-urban transport services.
